These liquid eyeshadows are applied wet, but dry quickly. Unlike other eyeshadows, this formula becomes resistant to the effects of humidity like tears and wet weather; does not build up in creases; and will not smudge when being rubbed.
Ellis created Lights as much more than just highlighters. Applied wet, they dry upon application to create the illusion of metallic eyes with a smooth finish. You won’t feel any stickiness and you’ll avoid those pesky eyelid creases.

Of course these sets all come at a special price.
